Refund policy

The short version: Take Nightcap every night for 30 nights. If it isn't for you, we'll refund what you paid. You don't have to ship anything back.

Thirty days from the day your order is delivered.

What's covered

Your first order, whatever is in it. One claim per customer.

Refund

We refund what you paid, back to the original payment method.

Nothing to send back

You don't need to send anything back. If your order had more than one bottle, keep those too.

How to ask

Email info@provisionslane.com or message us through the contact page with your order number. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds are processed within two business days, and your bank usually takes another three to five to show it.

Subscriptions

Your first shipment is covered. You can cancel any time from your account and we won't bill you again.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong

Message us with a photo and we'll replace it. That's on us, so the 30-day window doesn't apply.
